The Shinebox goes wild
Minnesota Freeze? That’s right—in 1997, the six finalist team names for the new NHL franchise were Blue Ox, Freeze, Northern Lights, Voyageurs, White Bears and Wild. The team was officially named the Wild, with the unveiling in 1998. Now, like most Minnesotans, we love hockey. So when The Shinebox was asked to design logos and uniforms for all those rejected team names, it was, well…icing. Check ‘em out and tell us your fave.
